About the Role

We seek a talented Product Designer to join our design team at Valueplus Technologies Private Limited.

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-centric designs that effectively communicate our brand and enhance the user experience across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.
  • Conduct user research, and usability testing, gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user insights.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design system components to ensure consistency and scalability across different products and platforms.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing support and guidance during the development process.
  • Advocate for the user, ensuring that all designs prioritise usability, accessibility, and a seamless user experience.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 8 years of experience working as a designer in a product-based company with a strong portfolio.
  • Power user of Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, user experience methodologies, and interaction design.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
