As a senior visual designer, you will spearhead the development of our brand's visual identity. Your designs will create a premium feel, foster connections with consumers, and drive brand loyalty across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end design ownership for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that capture our brand's essence.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals that drive results.
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts that exceed expectations.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and feedback that fosters growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends in design, beauty, and direct-to-consumer markets to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a graphic designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you have experience with Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for direct-to-consumer, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals.
  • A keen eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
