Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement core banking applications and support services for 8-12 years in the banking industry.
  • Experience in FLEXCUBE Core Banking Solution (India version).
  • Functional and technical knowledge of FLEXCUBE core banking application.
  • Work with large banking implementations and/or application support services for Indian clients.

We value strong technical acumen, deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration. You will be expected to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking implementations.
  • Experience in working with FLEXCUBE core banking application vendor (ORACLE).
  • Analyse business requirements, organise design reviews, test execution and support.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes.
Preferred Skills
  • Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies.
