Required Skills and Experience

- 8 to 12 years in banking industry implementing core banking applications and support services.
- Experience in FLEXCUBE Core Banking Solution (India version).
- Functional and Technical knowledge of FLEXCUBE core banking application.
- Experience in working in large banking implementations and/or application support services for Indian clients.
- Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements.
- Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
- Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking implementations.
- Experience in working with FLEXCUBE core banking application vendor (ORACLE).
- Work closely with the business team to analyse business requirements, organise design reviews, test execution and support.
- Good communication skills
- Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes
- Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
