As a key player in our Procure to Pay (P2P) organization, this role is responsible for providing support to the Global Procurement process. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus and be able to work effectively with various internal and external parties.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Escalation Resolution: Engage with relevant parties to resolve Requisition and PO-related issues. This includes requesters, sourcing teams, and suppliers.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct reporting on common issues and identify opportunities for effective solutions.
  • Compliance & Timelines: Ensure timely closeout of open POs and guarantee compliance with internal and external policies, regulations, and laws within the Source to Pay process.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of exceptions, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work with various members of the Procure to Pay team and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient process.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of the requisition-to-order process.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • Ariba procurement experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or equivalent, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of directly related experience.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Procure to Pay space, particularly with requisition and procurement activities, is preferred.
