Key Responsibilities

  • SAP Ariba Contracts Consultant
  • Develop and implement the SAP Ariba Contracts solution aligned with business requirements.
  • Define the contract lifecycle process, including creation, approval, execution, and storage.
  • Configure contract templates, approval workflows, and compliance checks to ensure seamless integration.
  • Customize contract types, clauses, and reporting dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Integrate SAP Ariba Contracts with other modules, such as Sourcing, Procurement, and ERP systems.
  • Ensure data flows smoothly between contract management and procurement systems.
  • Align contract management with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Implement controls to track contract compliance and minimize risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of SAP Ariba Contracts and its functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with legal, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
  • Post-implementation support and issue resolution skills.
