Contract Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Professional to support our teams who build great products and contribute to our growth.

Job Summary

This is a Legal team role based in Chennai, and we are looking for an incumbent with expertise in contract lifecycle management, contract review, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Team Lead Business by ensuring business compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Understand various forms of contracts (MSA, DSA, SOWs, etc.) and contractual structures (Master, Child, Parent).
  • Manage and respond to audits, manage and respond to business customer requests, provide reporting to legal teams, abstraction of legal and business data using business requirement guidelines.
Requirements
  • Degree in Law or related field, 1-2 years of professional experience in contract management, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English both in written and verbally, strong team player, resourceful and able to initiate collaborative efforts with stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail, strong overall computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
