Principal Architectural Engineer

The role of Senior Technical Lead involves driving engineering efforts and leveraging Java and Python. The ideal candidate will have deep architectural expertise, hands-on technical skills, and experience in building high-throughput, low-latency systems.
This position requires strong technical leadership with experience in managing multiple production deployment cycles, ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational resilience across the platform.
The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of developers building services/platform in Java, Python, and related technology stacks.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive technical excellence and high-quality delivery in a dynamic engineering team.
- Manage multiple production deployment cycles, focusing on scalability, reliability, and operational resilience.
- Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled developers, guiding them towards engineering excellence.
- Develop and operate enterprise-grade platforms, leveraging Java and Python.
- 10+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Technical Architecture, with a deep understanding of design patterns, microservices, and system design principles.
- Experience in building and operating scalable, low-latency, high-throughput production systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture, kubernetes, and distributed systems.
