We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform design tasks such as modelling, drafting, and calculation using Solidworks CAD, and structural FEA using Solidworks Simulation.
  • Conduct benchmarking, review, and verification activities of products under supervision, understanding various manufacturing processes and tolerances/surface finishes.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to optimize designs based on feedback from suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit GAD & 3D models for production.
  • Lead RFT/Productivity improvement, cost reduction projects through PMS.
  • Resolve field issues based on product knowledge through 8D methodology.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical with 2 – 6 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Solidworks, and Autocad.
  • Knowledge of design principles, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
