Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced technology developer to join our team as a Technical Lead.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing scalable applications and platforms, with the ability to work in an agile environment with minimal supervision.

They should be a self-motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning, with excellent communication skills to interact with team members, project managers, and clients as required.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect requirements, design, develop, and test software code.
  • Fix bugs and provide production support.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Learn new technologies outside primary skills.
  • Develop solutions to challenging problems.
Technical Skills Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience with Python programming language.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with SQL database management.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with AWS Cloud Data Platform.
  1. Experience with the following AWS Services: ECS, EKS, ECR, S3, EC2, VPC, Route 53, Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Glue, Event Bridge, Cloud Watch, IAM, RDS, Backup Services, Systems Manager.
  2. 2+ years of experience with Docker containerization.
  3. Implementation and management of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform scripting.
  4. Participate in business process analysis, use case creation, and requirements definition.
  5. Familiarity with writing automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Motivated self-starter team player who is organized and methodical.
  • Good database skills in either DB2 or Oracle database systems.
  • Good data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Performance tuning of queries and report calculations.
