Experienced SAP BTP Consultant Role

This is an experienced professional in BTP development who can work independently and will be assigned to project implementation involving complex project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • As a senior-level consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT development teams, and business users to design, configure, develop, and customize using SAP BTP.
  • You will strive for top-quality results and continuously look for ways to standardize, improve, and enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Work closely with SAP technical consultants to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality; set team's target delivery dates and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation.
  • Manage complex developments by yourself or guide developers to achieve delivery.
  • Train and transfer knowledge to other team members.
  • Recognize impacts of changes and ensure appropriate due diligence before making changes and thoroughly test solutions before implementing to avoid reworks.
  • Be responsible for technical design solutions prior to project implementation or change requests.
  • Ensure technical implementation quality and minimize rework after deployment.
  • Leverage your understanding of business processes and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Must have over 4-5 years of SAP BTP working experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in consulting environment.
  • Highly preferred technical developer with BPA, CAPM, Fiori, UI5 hands-on experience.
  • Advantageous to have Cloud Application Program Model (CAPM) experience.
  • Strong experience in HANA and/or S4HANA developments.
  • Works with SAP development tools and technologies.
  • More than 3-4 years of working experience in a technical team for project delivery.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in consulting environment as Technical Developer.
  • Experience in SAP project implementation in S4 HANA.
  • Provide information/advice to the team regarding best practices, industry trends, and feedback on overall process and tool performance.
  • Keep up-to-date with latest technologies and tools and evangelize their value within development teams.
  • Experience in working in a consulting environment is preferred.
