We are seeking a skilled Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team at WNS. In this role, you will be responsible for scrubbing sales leads using internal and external tools to prepare them for use by our internal sales and pre-sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scrub Sales Leads: Utilize various tools to cleanse raw lead data for optimal utilization by our sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Qualify Sales Leads: Validate leads using our qualification tools to determine their suitability as sales opportunities.
  • Enriching Leads: Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through web searches and other tools to complement the activities listed above.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or pre-sales administration.
  • Strong understanding and experience in the digital advertising market, with a preference for previous experience in both traditional and digital advertising.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Coching skills for nurturing matured salespersons.

Work Environment and Benefits

  • 5-day working week (Monday to Friday).
  • 2 days off on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Located in Gurgaon.
  • Day shift.
  • Both sides cabs available.
