Job Title: Business Operations Manager - Finance Cluster

The primary role of this position is to support the finance cluster by driving financial performance and delivering business insights. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

This position requires excellent analytical skills, effective communication, and a strong ability to work in a dynamic environment. You will be expected to possess a high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of influencing key stakeholders, managing time effectively, and prioritizing tasks accordingly. Additionally, you should be able to analyze complex data, draw connections, and advocate a coherent strategy for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:Performance Delivery:
  • SUPPORT THE AOP DELIVERY OF VOLUME, NSV, OP CASH, AND PRICING.
  • STRENGTHEN THE FINANCE O&R PROCESS AND BUILD AND DRIVE PRE- AND POST-M&E MINDSET FOR TRADE SPEND INVESTMENTS (BTL AND TTL).
Productivity:
  • COLLECT PAST C-FORMS, ENSURE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, AND REDUCE TIMELINES OF RECORDING THE SAME.
  • AFFORD ACTIVE PARTICIPATION TO UNLOCK SAVINGS AND ENSURE HYGIENE BY DIALING UP DISTRIBUTOR ROI.
  • REDUCE W/CAPITAL/PROVISIONS UNLOCK (OVERALL NORMS TO BE LOWER IN VALUE THAN LAST 3 YEARS' AVERAGE AGED INVENTORY).
Net Revenue Management:
  • TRADE SPEND MANAGEMENT
  • DRIVE BTL CLAIM PROCESS FOR THE CLUSTER AND ADOPTING NEW BTL PROCESS, INVOLVING NRM PLANNING.
  • DEVELOP PRE- AND POST-M&E CULTURE ON BTL AND TTL SPENDS.
  • ENGAGE WITH HO COMMERCIAL TEAM/CROSS-FUNCTION TEAM AND UNDERSTAND VARIOUS RTM/LEARNING MORE FORMATS FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH.
