Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tracking and reporting of project progress, risks, and compliance. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Tracking and Reporting
    • Monitor and report on project progress against agreed milestones and timelines.
    • Collect, verify, and consolidate project data to prepare comprehensive status reports.
    • Conduct regular site visits to validate project information accuracy.
  • Data Management and Documentation
    • Maintain thorough and organized project documentation, including contracts and financial records.
    • Update and manage the project monitoring database.
    • Support the preparation of investment reports.
  • Coordination and Communication
    • Engage proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project information.
    • Assist in scheduling and coordinating project review meetings.
    • Facilitate clear and timely communication.
  • Risk and Compliance Monitoring
    • Identify potential risks and flag any deviations from agreed terms or timelines.
    • Participate actively in risk assessment processes.
  • Learning and Development
    • Enhance knowledge of project monitoring methodologies and best practices.
    • Prepare comparative analyses of project costs and completion timelines.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: B. Tech-Civil engineering.

Preferred Qualifications: Post Graduation in Construction management from NICMAR/RICS.

Work Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate construction.

Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint is required.

Industry: Real Estate Construction.
