Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade WordPress solutions.

This is a unique chance to leverage your expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end WordPress development projects, architecting and implementing custom themes, plugins, and integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring timely delivery and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage WordPress development projects from inception to completion.
  • Design and develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to drive best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS platforms such as Webiny, Contentful, Strapi, Sanity, etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex CMS projects.
