Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project initiation, ensuring tools are set up according to SOPs and work instructions.
- Collaborate with Project Leads to create project schedules and resource plans.
- Assist with drafting project management plans, including coordinated planning of project activities.
- Responsible for reporting and analysis, highlighting issues for the project team.
- Update and maintain project tracking databases, compile data for reports, and other project-related materials.
Project Execution and Control Management:
- Responsible for maintaining project schedules and resource changes with input from Project Leads.
- Prepare portions of monthly management and dashboard reports.
- Organize incoming and outgoing correspondence for project management.
- May be responsible for managing project document storage.
Project Meetings:
- Support preparation of required information for project meetings.
- Report owned responsibilities during meeting attendance.
- Support tracking and follow-up of action items.
- Distribute agendas prior to meetings and prepare and distribute minutes of internal and client meetings.
Project Financial Management:
- Responsible for collating monthly project financial metrics.
- Review TIME reports against allocated/budgeted time.
- Review and process pass-through cost invoices.
- Interact with Independent Consultants to collect timesheets and process invoices for payment.
Project Closure Management:
- Collaborate with Project Leads to ensure that documents are archived and final work is handed over to the sponsor.
- Closes all project systems and interfaces upon project end.

Knowledge and Experience:
- Initial years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Extensive working knowledge of the English language.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, with an advanced degree desirable.
- PMP or equivalent desirable.
