Project Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the project goals and deliverables.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery. Develop mitigation strategies and take corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure that projects are completed within the allocated budget. Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Timeline Management: Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met. Adjust project plans as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise. Ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that the project is completed to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and other relevant documents.
Basic Expectations:
- Experience: A minimum of years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in computer sciences, or equivalent experience. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving project goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
