Senior Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to work with leadership and cross-functional teams. This role involves working with data, identifying gaps, and solving business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to uncover insights, trends, and correlations that support business decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Create statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
