Job Title: Intelligent Document Processing Specialist

Description:

This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying custom OCR models using Azure Document Intelligence and AWS Textract. You will also automate document classification, data extraction from structured and unstructured formats (PDFs, scanned images, invoices, etc.)

Some of the other responsibilities include integrating OCR workflows with Azure Translator for multilingual document processing and AWS Comprehend for NLP-based insights.

You will utilize AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI to build GenAI-powered solutions for semantic understanding and summarization of documents.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in OCR technologies and intelligent document processing.

We are looking for someone who has proficiency in Azure AI Services, AWS AI/ML stack, and GenAI frameworks.

A strong programming skills in Python, Java, or .NET is necessary.

You should have experience with Azure Form Recognizer, AWS Textract, Rekognition and Bedrock.

Familiarity with EC2,ECS, S3, Lambda, and Step Functions is required.

The ability to work with document layout analysis (tables, forms, key-value pairs) is essential.

Experience with NLP tools like AWS Comprehend and translation APIs is necessary.

You should have an understanding of GenAI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment strategies.

Familiarity with Terraform, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices is an additional benefit.

Ability to quickly learn and develop expertise in existing highly complex applications and architectures is important.

You should be comfortable working in Agile projects.

Strong problem-solving and attention to details is crucial.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field is preferable.
