Community Manager Job

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage content to enhance audience interaction and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Develop, plan, and create engaging content for multiple platforms.
    • Coordinate with the creative team to design visually compelling graphics, videos, and written content.
    • Monitor content trends and audience preferences to optimize content strategies.
  • Community Engagement & Growth:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for community, fostering an interactive environment.
    • Build and manage online groups, forums, and social media pages.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and expand audience reach.
  • Channel Management:
    • Oversee and optimize all digital distribution channels.
    • Implement strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and audience retention.
    • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content distribution, and engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools and social media management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects effectively.
