Financial Accounting Leadership Role

This is a full-time on-site opportunity to lead financial accounting activities, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing the financial reporting process, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely reconciliation of all accounts with branches/buyers/e-commerce platforms/GST/etc.
  • Statutory compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, professional tax, and others.
  • Submission of all returns and tax payment, attending assessment procedures with various departments.

The role also involves analyzing financial data, managing accounting records, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The individual will work closely with senior management to provide insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong background in Accounting and Finance, preferably with leadership experience
  • Excellent Analytical and Organizational skills
  • Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with SAP and handling large amounts of data
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in accounting
  • Certified Accountant (CA) degree preferred but not compulsory
