The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience working in public accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisor role. You should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

As a seasoned auditor, you will be expected to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, including CCH ProSystem Fx Engagement and CCH ProSystem Fx Tax software. This knowledge will enable you to provide expert guidance to junior team members and lead successful engagement projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Audit and Review Engagement Management: Plan engagements, perform testing or analytical procedures, prepare all work paper documentation, and lead engagements from start through completion.
  • Preparation of Tax Returns: Input tax returns for clients in tax software.
  • Issue Draft Financial Statements and Draft Tax Returns: Take full responsibility for preparation of deliverables to the client, including financial statements and tax returns.
  • Client Liaison: Take ownership over client relationships and communicate with clients to obtain all required financial/tax documents to ensure engagement deliverables are complete and accurate.
