Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architecture, ensuring seamless integration of data across all facets of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data architecture strategy that drives business value and enhances decision-making capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and future-ready data platforms that enable advanced analytics, AI/ML, and business insights.
  • Establish robust data governance models, metadata management practices, and data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Drive adoption of modern data architecture best practices, including data mesh, data fabric, streaming, and real-time processing.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and govern data technologies to optimize performance, security, and scalability.
  • Partner with integration, application, and analytics teams to ensure consistent and accurate data flow.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for data availability, quality, performance, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and big data technologies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native data platforms and migration strategies.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to align data strategy to business priorities and drive organizational change.
  • Analytical problem-solving approach with focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technology and business functions.
  • Knowledge of data security, governance, and regulatory compliance principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
