Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic South Asia Recruiting Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for specialized technical positions across the region.

Your primary focus will be on utilizing various channels to source and interact with potential candidates online, developing talent pipelines, conducting initial candidate screenings, and introducing candidates to our employer brand. You will work closely with our Recruiters to proactively recognize hiring needs and manage our candidate database to bring key talent into the region.

  • Identify and engage with potential qualified candidates on social media and professional networks.
  • Contact and convert their interest into CVs and interviews.
  • Measure conversion rates of passive candidates to interviews and share market insights with hiring managers.
  • Amalgamate talent pipelines from various job portals and our career page.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for recruitment requirements, talent sourcing strategy, and fulfillment.
  • Build and manage our candidate database to create talent pools for future hiring needs based on common hiring profiles.
  • CORRESPOND WITH PAST CANDIDATES regarding available job openings.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates online.
  2. Developing talent pipelines and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  3. Introducing candidates to our employer brand.
  4. Working with our Recruiters to proactively recognize hiring needs.
  5. Managing our candidate database to bring key talent into the region.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or relevant field with at least 3-4 years of experience in Talent Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies and tools (Boolean Search, LinkedIn, alternative sourcing techniques).
  • A track record of high-speed and high-volume recruitment, with familiarity with employment laws.
  • Leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide the sourcing team toward a shared recruitment vision with recruiters across a region.
  • Organizational and resourceful skills, with good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A high level of integrity, with sound business judgment and operational management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to represent the company in engaging candidates.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹850,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
