Senior Tax Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Professional to join our US Individual Taxation team at a fast-growing financial services firm. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing US Individual Tax Returns, handling complex tax scenarios, leading client discussions, and mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in US Individual Tax, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities:- Review and manage US Individual Tax Returns (1040, 1040NR, State Filings).
- Handle complex tax scenarios, including FBAR, FATCA, 3520, 3520A, 5471, 8865.
- Lead client discussions, ensure compliance, and deliver quality tax solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring timely delivery during peak seasons.
- Represent clients in front of the IRS when required.
- 8-12 years of US Individual Tax experience with reviewer-level exposure.
- Strong client-handling and communication skills.
- EA Certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a US shift (Jan-Apr, Sep-Oct); 2 PM - 11 PM in off-season.
- Permanent Work from Office (Bangalore / Udupi).
