They also track and manage review cycles using Jira for various stages such as Supervisor Review, SME Review, DRA Review, and Author Rework.

Dashboards and reports are essential for stakeholders, and Jira administrators develop dashboards and reports using Jira and integrated tools. They also export and analyze EPIC-level data for planning and implementation tracking.

Providing support to users on Jira usage and best practices, conducting training sessions, and creating help documentation are also critical skills for Jira administrators. Ultimately, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Mandatory Skills: PowerBI, Tableau, UML diagrams, M365 Suites of Products, Design Thinking And Ideation Workshops, Jira Service Desk, Agile (Value-Driven Delivery). A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, IT administration, or related fields is required for this position.
