Accounting and Financial Services Professional

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for process improvement. You'll work closely with our Global Process Owners to standardize R2R activities, ensure delivery quality, and drive continuous improvements.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing R2R transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness daily.
  • Processing Standard Monthly Journal.
  • Intercompany and Bank reconciliation and confirmation.
  • Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review.
  • Executing projects detail work and ensuring all reporting requirements are met.

You'll also have opportunities to:

  • Work with Global Process Owners to standardize R2R activities.
  • Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated.
  • Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules and reconciliation.
  • Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team Lead.

This role requires:

  • ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or M.Com/B.Com degree.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - good written and verbal language skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • High customer service orientation.
  • Ability to prioritize optimally and be flexible as needs change.
