Are you ready for a challenging career opportunity as an Oracle Financial Analyst?

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and take on the role of implementing Oracle EBS in our client's organization.

This position involves collaborating with our technical architect to identify and suggest solutions for existing gaps, supporting users by resolving issues, managing feature backlogs, and ensuring timely resolution within agreed service level agreements.

  • Participate or lead detailed requirement studies
  • Prepare As-Is process documents and obtain sign-off from clients
  • Map requirements to Application processes
  • Prepare To-Be Process documents and obtain sign-off from clients
  • Setup Conference Room Pilot environments
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilot testing, unit testing, and integration testing. Prepare test scripts
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedure manuals
  • Test customizations (Forms, Interfaces, and Reports)
  • Setup User Acceptance Testing environments
  • Assist users in UAT and resolve UAT issues
  • Setup Production instances
  • Support developers for data migration
  • Provide post-live support

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle R12, particularly in GL/AP/AR and FA implementation, as well as India GST and EBTAX
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Experience in migrations
  • A minimum of two end-to-end implementations in R12
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and across time zones
  • Good self-management skills and stress resilience
