Oracle EBS Finance Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to support our ongoing operations of the Oracle EBS 12.2.3 platform.

  1. Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects across L2/L3 within SLA timelines.
  3. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical incidents.
  4. Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and support guides.
  5. Participate in CAB meetings and follow change control processes.
  6. Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate issue tracking and timely resolution.
  7. Work with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  8. Provide support during peak periods, such as Finance Close and Cyber 6.
  9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onshore resources for seamless issue management.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Finance and excellent problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance techno-functional consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with business and IT teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow is a plus.
