Job Title: Compliance Lead

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the company maintains high standards of quality, information security and environmental compliance across all locations globally. This position will oversee the tasks necessary to preserve certifications and accreditations.

This role reports directly to the Head of Compliance based in the UK.

This is a hybrid working arrangement where the individual can choose to work remotely from home if their environment supports sufficient broadband speed and meets all required security standards. They are expected to attend the office at least 3 times per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain, improve and enforce the quality and information security management system in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Create and review documented policies and procedures within the management systems.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits for each certification and accreditation.
  • Investigate any departures from the management system and occurrences of non-conforming work, including the initiation of corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR and SOC teams to enhance security measures and investigate incidents.
  • Gather and analyze data to prepare reports on the performance of the management system and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize recurring events such as management reviews, supplier assessments, risk assessments, backup testing and business continuity testing.
  • Take proactive steps to address outstanding work.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Quality Assurance or relevant fields.
  • Certified internal auditor on ISO27001 or equivalent.
  • CISM certification is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in implementing ISO9001 and ISO27001 is required.
  • Knowledge in ESG is preferred.
  • High proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Sharepoint Lists, Power BI, Power Automate, Word, Excel (pivot table), PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Must have a valid work permit for India.
