Mace is a leading international consulting and construction company that delivers ambitious projects across the globe. We are seeking an experienced MEP Director to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of MEP services on large-scale projects, ensuring high-quality, time-efficient, and profitable outcomes. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Collaborate with external partners, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to achieve project objectives
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and authorities to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting professional development and growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the MEP industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
