Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in transaction advisory engagements.
  • Perform financial due diligence on behalf of companies and private equity firms.
  • Aggregate and analyze company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends.
  • Write detailed reports to present findings to clients.
  • Advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks related to mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience including experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
  • Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
  • Uncommon drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize assignments.
