Our organization is seeking an accomplished Chartered Accountant with experience in financial consulting or auditing to join our dynamic team as a senior financial advisor. The successful candidate will provide high-quality financial consulting services to clients, drive financial transformations through strategic recommendations, and play a key role in managing projects mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the overall growth and development of the consulting firm.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CMA/ MBA- FINANCE qualification
  • 3+ years' experience in finance consulting or auditing with experience in financial analysis and advisory roles in varied industries throughout their professional career
  • Strong understanding of financial statements modeling and performance analysis
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams
  • Excellent problem-solving analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills written and verbal
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in financial software Excel SAP or similar

Fiduciary Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing consulting engagements working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Provide financial and strategic advisory services budgeting forecasting reporting risk management.

Financial Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis including modeling cost-benefit analysis and performance assessments.
  • Provide recommendations on financial performance optimization internal controls and profitability.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage financial consulting projects ensuring timely within-scope and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of reports presentations and deliverables.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members in their development.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations accounting standards and corporate governance.
  • Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
