We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Decarbonization Research and Partnership Coordinator.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to support our decarbonization agenda by conducting research, analyzing data, and engaging with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering inputs, scanning policy and market developments, and translating partner insights into concise notes and materials.

This is an exciting opportunity for a final-year student or recent graduate in a relevant field to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to work with industry leaders and contribute to shaping the future of sustainable freight practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct desk research and stakeholder mapping across the freight decarbonization ecosystem.
  • Support the development of briefing notes, insight packs, and program reports with a strong data-backed narrative.
  • Track policy and market developments related to zero-emission freight in India and globally.
Partnership Support:
  • Assist in identifying, onboarding, and engaging potential partners.
  • Coordinate meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update partner databases and engagement trackers.
Ecosystem Mapping and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Conduct deep-dive research and maintain a live map of key ecosystem actors.
  • Track and document the evolving interests, capabilities, and policy positions of these stakeholders related to e-mobility and freight electrification.
Requirements
  • Strong desk-research skills and ability to scan reports, datasets, and credible media.
  • Analytical rigor and data literacy, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Policymaking knowledge and familiarity with e-mobility, charging infrastructure, OEMs, logistics networks, and financing in India.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce concise briefing notes and insight packs.
  • Organized and proactive team player with fluency in English (Hindi a plus).
