    • Lead, mentor, and manage manual testers.
    • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
    • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing.
  • & Communication:
    • Closely work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure test alignment.
    • Communicate test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Execution & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure thorough test coverage, execute manual test cases, and report results.
    • Identify, log, and track defects using tools.
    • Collaborate with development for quick defect resolution.
  • & Standards:
    • Adhere to QA best practices, regulatory standards, and compliance regulations.
    • Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and evidence for audit purposes.
  • Improvement:
    • Monitor and improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools for better efficiency.
    • Conduct retrospectives and implement process improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Environment & Data Management:
    • Oversight of test environment setup and maintenance.
    • Manage test data creation and maintenance to support different scenarios.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge in Finacle 10.2.25.
    • Proven experience in managing manual & automation testing teams in the banking/financial services domain.
    • Expertise in defining and executing manual & automation test plans and strategies.
    • Proficiency in defect management and test management tools.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
