The Backgammon Galaxy is a leading web and mobile platform for playing backgammon with a global community of 150,000+ players.
This is a senior quality assurance role that involves designing and implementing test automation strategies, establishing QA processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes.
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our QA team and define quality standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure effective delivery of high-quality products.
- Design and implement comprehensive test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.
- Establish and maintain QA processes across multiple technology stacks including Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in QA with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack.
- Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS).
- Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar).
