Job Overview

The Ops Intel team is committed to automating processes within GTM Ops to improve efficiency and drive scale.

This role is part of the team, which reports to the Senior Manager Automation based in Bengaluru.

  • Design automation architecture for scaling automation footprint by 10 times.
  • Develop creative technical solutions including multi-technology integrations while implementing intelligent automation.
  • Measure business impact of automation and pre/post deployment for adherence.
  • Manage stakeholder experience throughout the bot lifecycle through defined cadence structures.
