About this Role:

We seek a skilled KYC Analyst/Administrator to undertake reviews for APAC branches.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of reviews within required Service Level Agreement.
  • Produce high-quality profiles in line with latest policies and procedures.
  • Obtain and update missing client documentation.
  • Analyze large data sets and assess higher risk attributes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to obtain information and applicable documentation.
  • Follow up on profiles and ensure all levels of signoff align with the latest Id matrix.
  • Interface with Compliance, Sanctions and Relationship Managers as required.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Experience in AML Compliance and KYC preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of various client types and their structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong working knowledge of AML/Sanctions laws and regulations relative to money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain effective working relationships with key business partners.
