Job Title: Global Customer Service Associate

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, utilizing established guidelines to achieve successful resolutions.
  • Provide exceptional support via Voice and Chat platforms, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Candidates should possess at least six months of experience in International Voice Processes, with sales or customer service backgrounds being advantageous.
  • Applicants with previous relevant experience in Chat and Voice mediums are highly regarded.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with customers, effectively overcome objections, and ask for business opportunities.

 

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Excellent Communication skills are essential.
  • Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals can apply.
  • Graduate candidates are preferred.
  • Shifts and rotational week offs (5 days working a week) are standard.
  • Two-way cab facility is available based on transport boundaries.
  • Candidates who are comfortable working from office environments are encouraged to apply.
  • Immediate joiners are prioritized.
  • No virtual interviews are conducted.
  • Out-of-station candidates are not eligible.
  • Education candidates who are still pursuing their studies are strictly not eligible.
