  • Job description: We seek highly motivated professionals to take on a Quality Assurance Specialist role. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in transaction quality and delivery.
  • Required skills and qualifications: The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in International Voice Process in International BPO. Strong working knowledge of TTQ (Training; Transaction Quality) systems, tools, and technologies is essential.
  • Benefits:
    • Evaluate effectiveness of TQ interventions
    • Manage claim Quality & Client related KPIs
    • Accurately capture SLA/SLO metrics, the reporting needs of all clients and set up / customize processes to seamlessly meet client's expectations
    • Drive Process control & Compliance in addition to managing the audit requirements
  • Others:
    • Support the Quality and Compliance teams to perform COPC, FMEA, PFCU and other audits and follow ups based on observations/misses highlighted
    • Generate and implement out of the box ideas and Process improvement initiatives in the account
