Job Title: Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to drive growth through data-backed strategies, identifying bottlenecks in the digital customer journey and building effective solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives that improve conversions and drive long-term customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct website and funnel analysis to identify gaps in user experience and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement CRO strategies, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey enhancements.
  • Partner with design, performance, and tech teams to measure and optimize CRO initiatives.
  • Build and execute retention marketing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Recommend improvements on website architecture, messaging, and content to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor key growth metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRO, retention marketing, and marketing automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or CRO-focused roles (agency/consulting preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CRO principles, website analytics, and user funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools like GA4, VWO, Hotjar, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Exposure to retention marketing tactics (email workflows, CRM, remarketing campaigns).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
