About the Role
  • The Graphic Artist will work with our team to develop and produce concepts and graphics to communicate projects to clients through high-quality images and real-time rendering output.

This role requires proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, and Photoshop, as well as strong knowledge and practical experience in real-time rendering software including Envision by Chaos, D5 Render, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Blender, Twin motion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in composition tools and digital workflows.
  • Show a keen eye for art, lighting, composition, and imagery.
  • Meet quality standards within deadlines under pressure.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain organization, passion, and energy in their work approach.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop.
  • Experienced in creating workflows for real-time rendering software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Visualization, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a professional creative environment.
  • Familiarity with SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD.
  • Able to interpret and model from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations.
  • Skillful in photorealistic rendering and visualization techniques.
  • High integrity, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborative and proactive work ethic.
  • Able to explore and adopt new technologies to improve quality, efficiency, and expand visualization capabilities.
