As a Technical Content Writer at Finxera, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality product-related documentation, including release notes, user guides, and API documentation, to help customers get the most out of our products. You will work closely with the Product Management team, engineers, and the user experience team in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain easy-to-understand, well-presented, and illustrated content for Finxera's product technical documentation, including API guides, user guides, product release notes, and product training material.
  • Develop Finxera Release Notes in a timely fashion for use by customers and employees and conduct webinars and presentations as required.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Customer Support, and Internal customers to review product functional specifications, QA documentation, and test product releases to fully grasp and create product feature documents.
  • Excellent technical writing skills and ability to peer review technical documents for grammar, content, and style of writing.
  • Adhere to all Company security policies, standards, and procedures in the performance of job duties. Revise documents and provide updates as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in BBA, Economics, Commerce, Computer Science, or equivalent. Post-Graduation MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to understand software products and document release notes, API guides, and user guides. Ability to learn quickly and independently, strong team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work constructively with developers, QA, Project managers, and Management towards a common goal. High motivation and desire to help the customer and our company succeed.
