Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee project implementation, ensuring timely completion and satisfactory outcomes. This includes defining project scope, coordinating staffing, monitoring progress, and presenting project statuses to stakeholders.

  • Project Management: Define and manage project plans, identifying potential roadblocks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Client Liaison: Foster effective communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class services, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify, classify, prioritize, mitigate, and develop contingency plans for risks impacting project success.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively manage issues and changes to project scope, minimizing disruptions and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, guiding team members towards shared goals and objectives.
  • Development Support: Ensure development teams operate at optimal capacity, preventing or resolving issues that may impact productivity.
  • Deliverables: Collaborate in the creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive-level reports, meeting facilitation decks, and project status updates.
  • Autonomy and Quality: Work independently with minimal supervision, consistently delivering high-quality results within established deadlines.
  • Integrity and Compliance: Uphold company policies and core values, exercising sound judgement and oversight in all activities and communications.
  • Talent Development: Foster an environment conducive to growth and expertise development among team members, collaborating with tech lead representatives as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience as a dedicated, full-time Project Manager leading teams of 10+
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program
  • Knowledge of drug development is essential
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal direct supervision
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, polished executive presence, and influence abilities, including with C-suite client stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience working with European/USA clients
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce/Hubspot
