About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Smartsheet Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building dashboards, forms, and advanced reporting solutions using Smartsheet.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, build, and optimize Smartsheet dashboards and forms to provide clear business insights and streamline data collection.
  2. Configure and manage Smartsheet–Jira integrations for seamless project tracking and reporting.
  3. Develop and maintain advanced Smartsheet reports for analytics, KPIs, and executive-level visibility.
  4. Administer and manage Smartsheet platform including users, groups, workspaces, and access controls.
  5. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
  6. Implement and manage automated workflows, notifications, and approvals within Smartsheet.
  7. Ensure governance, security, and compliance best practices across Smartsheet environments.
  8. Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.
  9. Explore opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics using Smartsheet advanced features (Data Mesh, Control Center, Resource Management).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Strong expertise in Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities.
  2. Hands-on experience with Smartsheet–Jira integrations (native connector or third-party tools).
  3. Proven ability to design advanced reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams.
  4. 4+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or advanced power user.
  5. Knowledge of Smartsheet automation, governance, and data management best practices.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in reporting.
  7. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Smartsheet Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.
  2. Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, MS Teams, Slack, or ServiceNow.
  3. Familiarity with scripting or API-based automation for custom reporting.
  4. Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
