Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Operations Coordinator to support our creative team in India. This role will work closely with Creative Leads to support a team of producers and editors responsible for crafting high-quality video and audio assets.

In this position, you will collaborate extensively with Studio Production and Post-Production teams, ensuring that each project adheres to a well-structured production roadmap for maximum efficiency and quality. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects, coordinating resources, and maintaining the studio dashboard to provide timely updates to stakeholders and senior leaders.

You will be working on a fast-paced, cross-functional studio environment, overseeing projects from start to finish, and ensuring content is delivered on time and within scope. Additionally, you will evaluate resourcing needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions for studio requests.

This role requires strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in scheduling and budgeting software, including MS Excel and Smartsheet. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and accessible way.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in studio production coordination or management, ideally within a creative or media environment.
  • Strong expertise in project coordination, workflow optimization, and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Smartsheet, with knowledge of Movie Magic Scheduling and Movie Magic Budgeting a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and accessible way.
