Our company is seeking a Senior Developer/Developer to join our team.

Job Description:

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing automated tests to verify software quality. This includes converting manual test cases into automated scripts, maintaining and enhancing existing automation frameworks, and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.

Required Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Java/Spring boot and SQL/any DB
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, Perfecto, GenRocket, etc.
  • Knowledge of the software testing life cycle (STLC)
  • 3-10 years of IT experience in application design, development, testing, and maintenance projects

Additional Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience in in-sprint and integration testing within Agile or distributed environments
  2. Effective coordination with customer SMEs from business and IT, onsite, and offshore teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Exposure to Agile methodology, DevOps, security vulnerability management, and P&C insurance domain knowledge
  2. Experience with scan, build, and deployment tools such as Proofpoint, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
  3. Basic knowledge of database verification (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or performance tests (JMeter)
