We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) global users.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely development of master data within LIMS with accuracy and precision. This includes interfacing with multiple groups, performing tasks independently, interpreting results, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate and precise master data within LIMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance
- Provide training and support to LIMS users during routine QC operations
- Bachelor's degree in pharma/biotech or related field
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of laboratory experience with various analytical techniques
- Familiarity with Global Regulatory and GxP requirements
- Experience with LIMS (Labvantage 8.7), eQMS, and document management
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
