Job Role Overview:

The Placement Coordinator position at our organization is designed to support the placement of students into relevant jobs in the IT sector.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good organizational abilities, including multitasking and time management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in student placement from skilling/training/educational institutes. They should possess a deep understanding of corporate relations and a commitment to working with marginalized communities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Determine key employers for urban placement opportunities for students
  • Coordinate with students according to company requirements and facilitate pre-placement profiling
  • Establish connections with company directors and HR representatives for manpower requirement and placement partnerships
  • Collaborate with branches on placement procedures and supported students
  • Foster revenue growth by placing students
  • Maintain records related to pre-placement and post-placement activities
  • Carry out job market analyses and regular coordination with respective managers and trainers

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience and perseverance
  • At least 2+ years of experience in student placement from skilling/training/educational institutes
  • Deep understanding of corporate relations and commitment to working with marginalized communities
