We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WMS professional with hands-on experience in warehouse management system testing. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of inbound and outbound modules, and demonstrate expertise in both manual testing and test case creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive testing of warehouse management functionalities, focusing on inbound and outbound processes.
  • Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on functional requirements and business workflows.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across warehouse management modules.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and operations to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Validate system configurations and enhancements against business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience testing warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and workflow management.
  • Proficiency in creating test cases and test documentation from scratch.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
